I bought DK Series Keyboard with protective case for my iPad Pro 12.9 2020….

I bought DK Series Keyboard with protective case for my iPad Pro 12.9 2020.
After charging the battery for many hours, it still show blinking red light only once on the right of the 3 indicators.
I have tried to follow the instruction given to connect with my iPad, but iPad is not able to detect the kepboard.
I really assistant in this, my though is perhaps the battery of this keyboard is not working or faulty.
Appreciate if your staff able to connect with me soon to assist me to set up, or to replace a keyboard for me if it is faulty. Thank you

|Answer: Hi, please try restarting your tablet, then delete the Bluetooth keyboard device and pair it again.
