Could you please assist with trouble shooting, the keyboard was purchased in December 2024 | Answer: hi, pls try to reset the keyboard according to the instructions, or update the tablet’s system, delete the Bluetooth device that has been successfully equipped, and try to connect the device again.

Previous: Just placed the glass (6934913020098) to an S24 Ultra but the fingerprint is not recognized. Trying to add a new fingerprint the device doesnt even recognize my finger placed on the screen.
